George Lucas, Disney CEO Discuss Lucasfilm Sale
The Walt Disney Company has agreed to buy Lucasfilm Ltd., the production company behind "Star Wars" franchise, for $4.05 billion from its founder and chairman George Lucas. The company also announced that it will be releasing three new "Star Wars" movies.
